Allright, lets all recruit our friends and let them know we are playing saturday the 18th at AMI at 8am. How many are interested? The weather is great and cooling off. Let's get a good game in before it snows. Come on, sign on and committ to coming! Shooting someone will make you feel better!

I'll go. I'll just have to put some paint aside so I dont shoot it all this weekend. I'm not sure who else I can get to come. Most likely just me. At the best right now, one other person. But yeah I'm game for that.

Yikes! I forgot about deer hunting. Thats the first weekend for it. It would be better for me, and some others if it was the weekend after. Sorry I jumped the gun without thinking.

I am game just keep me informed. I will try to bring several others and I do have all the rentals. so you can bring your friend that don't have guns. if people want to rent the cost is $15 for the gun, mask, co2, and 100 paintballs. $5 for an additional 100 paintballs. I an selling a case of 2000 for $45. Refill co2, $3=9-12oz $4=14-16oz $5=20+oz

Just dont like over shooting people to actually get a kill. And it really helps on confusion.

I'm generally agreeable with whatever. I do know that the guys I'm playing with this weekend don't use a chronograph, play where 1 shot to head/body or 2 shots to arms/legs. The end result is some bruises. On top of that, we use cheap paint and I just scream out before thinking about whether or not it broke or where it hit me. It hurts lol.

The main reason why is some others might come up and play and they will only play if I can get the format played tournment style in which is everything counts.
Also how long is the game planned to be played? Some are thinkign to come from Soda Springs but they dont want to come down if its only going to be a 2 hour deal.

While talkling to Mr 98 at the last scenario game, he commented on a desire to get scenario games going down in Pocatello. If you (Kalabar) or Mr98 have any desire to lead out in this direction, I'd love to get our group doing something organized. As far as the 18th, tournament rules can apply, chrono's mandatory, whatever you want. As far as the length that depends on how many come and want to keep playing. I kinda get bored playing elimination or capture the flag all the time. Why don't you and Mr 98 come up with some short scenarios for the 18th. Take charge when everyone gets there, and let's make the game worth coming to. Our group of buddies here on this forum could really become more like a club with maybe someone elected in charge etc... With the right push we could get a whole lot of people interested, and end up with a lot of fun events, or games planned. Just from watching who's posting on this web, it's Kalabar mostly, I do sometimes, and our webmaster. Mr98 has a small business in paintball, and is familiar with scenario games, how about it? Want to take the lead and get everyone comming again? Mr98? I wouldn't mind if you use this forum to promote this venture. Anyone disagree? Anyway that's my two bits

I'm always up to playing all sorts of games. Always stir the games up and add new things that will test other skills. I'd first have to go about getting players to come to really want to get into any good stories for people to play through but we can play a numerous amount of different games that are not elimination or capture the flag. We will have to try SWAT. That one everytime we have poeple play it the first time or their hunderdth time they end up loving the game. There are so many that I have listed in a book we couldnt play every game in one day. But its a good idea.

I haven't been paintballing all year and this sounds like a good time to do it before it turns too cold! I am gonna try to make it and if I can I can usually round up 5 to 10 other people that love to play! keep me posted on the site to play at and I will work on getting free to make it! besides I have five cases of paint to shoot before the end of the year!

Yeah Ive made the mistake of keeping too much paint over the winter and it didnt go well over the cold months. Ended up being Gernade and Mine paint. I think here soon we need to get a estaimated head count to see what the number might be for this game.

I agree with Duke Nukem that we need to get a little more organized. and if everyone agrees on us voting in a leader I am also game for the vote. I would like to know what kind of numbers we are looking at for the 18th. If we do not have a good turn out then I may end up going elk hunting. please let me know thanks

doh! A group of friends had planned to play last week and decided not to. They want to go this Saturday morning and don't really want to meet up with new folks because some of us play with our kids. Assuming that they don't wuss out this week, I'll probably take my son and go play with them. I'm sorry. If they do decide not to play, I'll meet you guys. Can I get specific directions to where you play near AMI?

I'll continue to work on the group and see if I can get them there. In our group, I'm expecting 3-6 adults, 1-2 highschool kids, and 2-3 pre-teens.

Do you know were Buckskin road is. Pretty much go pass the Middle school and AMI. Head up the hill and stop about 3/4 the way up, on the south side.
By the way, Why dont they want to play because of kids? The kids can shoot you too. Tell them not to make up reasons and come.

I will be there with 3 to 5 friends. if people need to rent a gun or need CO2 then they can get it at my house just down the street from AMI. please call and we could meet at my house and get everything that people need then go up to the field. 208-241-8224

I will be there for sure. Will there be CO2 at the location or just at the house noted? PS if anyone there is shooting Big Ball it is possible that i may lose my temper and give them my special attention.......that crap hurts. Cya there.

Games should be chorographed. I'm think do to the size of the field, about 280-290fps at the highest. 300 is max for goggle safety, and everyone should know even at that speed with a older mask it can be unsafe.
Who has shot you with bigball? We played with that stuff a while back and it wasnt bad. Maybe someone is rigging that type of paint like freezing it or a other nasty secert to make paintballs hurt without the freezing process (I'll not mention how to do that one.)
No worry I have not played with bigball for little over 2 years now. Been testing other paints like Hotspot, Heat, Impact, and Hydro.
As for the game its still on. Its going to be at the highest 71 degrees.

If someone wants to use Bigball be my guest that crap doesn't fly straight anyways i'll hit them 5-6 times before they can get one straight enough to hit me! It's always worth the money to buy quality paint!

I have a chrono and i will only play with people that are at 280 or less. I am telling people to meet at my house at 8 in the morning, unless you all have a better time.

I'll just head up to the hill close to 8. Will you be able to bring the CO2 fill station along with you if not you'll have to let me know where your house is so I can get a 20oz filled for my nephew.
And I agree quality paint in the long run can be cheaper, since it flies straight and you shoot less to get your kill.

I just checked my CO2 tank and it is empty but i do have all of my rental tanks full so people can use them if they need to. I will bring them up to the hill. if you do need to get to my house just call me I do not want to post my address on the internet.

My sons' 2 friends are going as well so that makes 4 of us in the duke nukem clan.
