Suggestions!

First off if anyone has suggestions about what we should put on this site, lets have at it. The more ideas the better it can get.

2nd, if anyone would like to be a moderator on the forums or the main website to help add content or whatever, just let me know. If anyone is interested in adding galleries, or anything at all and would like to install and operate that section, let me know as well. We can make this a "team" effort :)

I think a gallery with pics would be awesome, problem is we don't have cameras or small video cameras to catch the action. I was wondering if we had a section where we could upload our own pics and vids then we might get more cameras on the field. Just a thought. Plus, if we could all upload our own stuff then the pressure would be off of you to do it for us. But yeah, I think that would be pretty awesome!

Ok. Looks like I figured it out. You will have to upload the photos to the web somewhere. I imagine Willy doesn't have the storage on his server to store a bunch of photos. All you have to do is link to your photo in your posting. The easy way to do it is to paste the URL in, highlight it anf then click the insert image button under Add BBC tags. This will put the proper code aroung the URL link and post the photo in the comment. I use Flickr to upload my photos then just link to them. I will create a new discussion for posting photos. If you want to post a pic just to your reply, click the additional options link just below and left of the text window, just above the post button. browse your computer and attach pics, files, etc. from your hard drive.

as many of us that can, we should get an IM going. That way if we are on the site at the same time, we can just chat. the new yahoo IM can go between MSN messenger and Yahoo Messenger

I really think we should start earlier. It gives us more playing time and it gets hot really fast. I say be there at 6:30. How about a poll for starting times?

Alrighty, I posted for everyone to be there at 6:30 so hopefully it works out. Also I am sorry to be slacking on coming out on saturdays and on the website, it seems like it's one thing after another that happens. I have a reunion in Wyoming this Saturday so that's blown for me.. But I will get busy with the gallery when I can!

Yeah, last week four of us were there at 0630 and we waited around for about an hour and then we went to AMI. We met up with Scott Williams and a group of his buddies, so it was actually a great Saturday! Scott, you should bring your buddies to our group every time you guys want to play. The more the merrier! Maybe there is a way that we can get an idea of how many people will be there on Saturdays. If there is only going to be 4 to 6 people, then AMI would be the best. 10 or more is good for Stinker. I think that we should definitely go for 0630 or at least a start time of 0700. It just gets too hot!

I've had stuff going on almost every saturday for the last month or so, how many people are showing up still? Are we still getting good numbers?

We are getting moderate numbers, the most I played with for the past few weeks that I have been is 8 people. The largest group recently was when Scott brought his elders quorum and that was even an accident that we ran into them. He took them to AMI and we just happened to be there because no one showed up at Stinker. With small numbers I am all for playing at AMI, but if there are 10 or more then I really think that stinker is better.
